At Twosisters the Label, we pride ourselves on ensuring your packages reach you as quickly as possible! We try our best to dispatch packages within 1-2 business days, excluding public holidays.
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting Express Shipping as your postage method.
If your order is placed on a weekend, public holiday or Monday, please allow additional time due to the high volumes of orders received during these times. This also applies to sale periods and peak periods of the year.

Order amendment cut off time is 9am ACST during business days.

DELIVERY TIMES
Once a package has left our warehouse, we have very little control over it. All transit times listed are estimates only, based on our couriers. Twosisters the Label is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, especially during high-volume periods. Twosisters the Label can never guarantee a delivery date or timeframe.
All packages require Signature on Delivery, unless you have opted for a Safe Drop which is at the consideration of the courier. If you are not home to accept your package, your tracking and your MyPost account will be updated, detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or alerting you to pick up your package at a local post office.
If packages are unclaimed at the Post Office or mailed back as a 'Return to Sender' they will incur a $30 RTS fee, as well as a $10 re-shipment fee to cover the new postage cost.
If you have not received tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order or are concerned about the location of your package in transit, please email [email protected] with your Order Number and Email Address, so that we can investigate this for you.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
Our team prides itself on dispatching orders as quickly as possible.
Please check your cart carefully prior to submitting your order, as once an item has been shipped, it is not able to be amended and the appropriate Returns Policy will need to be followed.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please email [email protected] before 9am ACST on business days, and our team will endeavour to amend this for you.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Twosisters the Label are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns/packages during transit due to incorrect addresses.
If address details are incorrect this may cause parcels to become lost or be delayed in shipment. Please check all shipping details are correct before submitting your order, as store credits/refunds will not be given for packages dispatched to incorrect addresses.
Please get in touch with us at [email protected] before 9am ACST on business days if you have entered the incorrect shipping address – where possible, our team will update this for you. If your package has already been dispatched, this is out of our control.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Customers will be provided full tracking details for their package once it has been dispatched. Please monitor your tracking closely to stay on top of any delivery attempts, or to organise postage pick-ups or re-delivery requests.
If your package is marked as undeliverable, unclaimed from a Post Office or is returned to sender, it will accrue a RTS of $30 and and $10 re-shipment fee.
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders will only be shipped once they have arrived in our warehouse. Please check the details section of the dress to check for the estimated arrival date.
If you have ordered an item that is in stock along with your pre-order item/s, this item won't be shipped out until the pre-order arrives. Please consider making separate orders if you require additional item/s that are in stock to be shipped earlier.
TAXES AND DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All prices on Twosisters the Label are in Australian dollars.
For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country.
This charge is the customer’s responsibility and operates independently from Twosisters the Label. Please contact your local customs office for further information as these vary and are outside of our control.
Should a package be refused by the customer, or duties and taxes unpaid, it will be Returned to Sender, accrue fees, and will not be eligible for store credits/refunds.
